I have known the Atelier ‘Hug me’ mission from the very beginning and do support them with everything I can, because I am convinced that Milena Neyova and Kalina Koleva, who created ‘Hug me’, as well as all the other volunteers, amongst them well-known actors, painters, intellectuals, do something unique and endlessly useful for the socialisation of children without parental care. I am struck by Milena, Kalina and their supporters’ capabilities to discover talented children, to develop their abilities, and to inspire them to believe in themselves. I have admired many times drawings, theatre plays, craft work, created by the children from ‘Hug me’. Their works are real achievements and a prove that it is possible to succeed even in the dark and joyless world of the institutions these children grow in.
